Nowadays buying healthy sugar-free chocolate is very expensive, it costs us a lot, but it is also a favorite food item of most of us. So, what to do now should we stop eating chocolate? The answer is no you don’t have to sacrifice your favorite food items instead we will learn to make homemade sugar-free dark chocolate. Let’s learn step-by-step methods to create our chocolate.
Ingredients to Make Sugar-Free Chocolate
- 1 Cup Peanuts
- Cocoa Powder
- 30 gm Diabexy Sugar
- Coconut oil
- Vanilla Extract
I suggest you take unsweetened cocoa powder as it gives you the taste of chocolate without increasing your blood sugar level. You can use any other flavor that suits your taste if you don't have vanilla extract. I used vanilla flavor as it is my favorite flavor. Diabexy Sugar is the best alternative for regular as it is low in GI, carbohydrate, and diabetic-friendly sugar. From now on, not even kids and normal people, even sugar patients can eat this chocolate. That's why I named it a diabetic-friendly sugar-free dark chocolate recipe.
