The atta is very light on tummy. I don’t have diabetes but I choose to start using this as I am 40 now. Part of my balanced diet and to keep weight in limits I ordered this aata. I eat chapati in night. So when I used it I noticed next day I was feeling a bit light and easy.
On taste side this is not exact same as regular aata. Roti is thick and taste different that wheat aata. First few days it was hard to eat 2-3 roti. My other younger family member denied to use it.
Looking at benefits I will use it and suggest others to use. It require taste to adjust.
