How to Make Puri Sabji: Step-by-Step Guide
Lauki ki Sabji
Take 500g of lauki and chop it into small pieces.
Add ghee to a pressure cooker and heat it. Add 1 tsp of Panch phoron, 1 chopped green chili, and some curry leaves.
Add 150g of chopped tomatoes and sauté all the ingredients.
Add NutroActive Mineral salt to taste and mix well.
Add the chopped lauki, 1 tsp haldi powder, ½ tsp chili powder, and 1 tsp dhaniya powder.
Mix all the ingredients properly and add 1 cup of water. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Once cooked, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Puri (Poori)
Take 50g of Diabexy atta in a bowl and add ½ tsp Black cumin, ½ tsp Ajwain, and 1 tsp ghee.
Mix the ingredients and knead them into a dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into small circles to form pooris.
Heat ghee in a kadai (deep frying pan) and fry the pooris until they are golden brown.
Your golden brown, crispy puris are ready!
Serve the hot pooris with the prepared lauki ki sabzi. You can also add pickles or chutneys to enhance the taste.
