How to Make Dahi Vada: Step-by-Step Guide

Mix all ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine 30g Diabexy Dosa mix with chopped coriander leaves, green chili, chopped ginger, and NutroActive mineral salt.

Prepare the batter

Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring until you achieve a batter-like consistency.

Shape and fry the vadas

Shape the batter into small vadas (dumplings). Heat mustard oil or olive oil in a pan and deep-fry the vadas until they turn golden brown.

In a separate bowl, add some water and dissolve 1-2 tsp Hing (asafoetida).

In another bowl, mix 50g curd with chopped coriander and NutroActive mineral salt.
