Turai Sabzi with Paratha Recipe: Step-by-Step Guide with Pictures
Paratha:
- Take 50g of Diabexy Atta in a bowl.
- Add NutroActive mineral salt, 1 tsp Ajwain, ½ tsp Haldi Powder, ½ tsp Chilli Powder, ½ tsp Curry Powder, 15g mixed leaves, and 1 tbsp desi ghee.
- Add water gradually and mix all the ingredients properly.
- Knead the mixture into a dough.
- Cover the dough with a lid and let it rest for some time.
- Roll the dough into a round shape, similar to a chapati.
- Heat a pan and place the chapati-shaped dough on it.
- Bake the paratha on both sides, applying ghee as needed.
- Your paratha is ready.
Turai ki sabzi:
- Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp mustard oil.
- Add 1 tsp panch phoron, 1 bay leaf, 80g chopped onion, and 5g chopped green chili.
- Mix all the ingredients and roast them.
- Add 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste and continue roasting.
- Add 100g chopped tomatoes and cook for a while.
- Add 1 tsp Haldi Powder, 1 tsp Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Dhaniya Powder, and 1 tsp Jeera Powder. Mix well.
- Add NutroActive mineral salt to taste.
- Add 500g Chopped Turai and mix everything well.
- Cover with a lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Your Turai ki Sabzi is ready.
- Garnish with Dhaniya leaves before serving.
