How to Make Pumpkin Laddu: Step-by-Step Guide
Take 250g of pumpkin and grate it using a grater.
Take 30g of Diabexy atta in a pan and roast it on low flame until aromatic.
Transfer the roasted atta to another bowl and set aside.
Add the grated pumpkin to the same pan.
Add ¾ tsp of ghee and mix it well with the pumpkin.
Add 150g of grated paneer and mix it with the pumpkin.
Add the roasted Diabexy atta and 20g of grated coconut.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
Add 30g of Diabexy sugar and combine it with the other ingredients.
Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and 30g of unsweetened dry cranberries to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients again until well combined.
Take small portions of the batter with the help of a scoop and form them into round laddu balls.
