How to Make Palak Pakoda and Vegetable Soup: Step-by-Step Guide
Vegetable Soup
Add 1 tsp of butter to the pressure cooker.
Add bay leaf, cinnamon, black pepper, black cardamom, and 20g of onion.
Add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté all the ingredients.
Add 20g of carrot, 200g tomatoes, and coriander stem; sauté the ingredients.
Add NutroActive Mineral Salt to taste. Add water to the mixture.
Mix well and cover with a lid. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
