How to Make Gujiya Sweet: Step-by-Step Guide
Take 70g of Diabexy Coconut Barfi (7-8 pieces) in a bowl. Add 15g crushed pistachios, 15g chironji, 15g crushed almonds, and 10g cardamom powder.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
Add 50g Diabexy sugar to boiling water.
Mix it well to prepare a smooth sugar syrup.
Take 60g Diabexy Atta in a bowl and add the sugar syrup.
Make a dough, spread ½ teaspoon ghee, and roll it into a round shape.
Place the rolled-out dough in the gujiya maker, then add our filling into it. Shape it into gujiyas.
Take 100g Desi ghee in a pan and heat it.
Deep fry gujiyas until they are golden brown on both sides.
