- 15g Desi Ghee
- 40g Diabexy Sugar
- 5g Cardamom Powder
- 20g SujiĀ

- Take 250g of homemade paneer in a bowl.
- Add 15g (1 tablespoon) of desi ghee.
- Add 20g of suji.
- Add 40g of Diabexy sugar.
- Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Keep adding paneer water while mixing to make the batter moist.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the lined tray.
- Bake in the oven for 2 hours.
- After baking, cool to room temperature and scrape from the sides.
- Your chhena poda is ready!
