Chena Murki Ingredients
- 200g Paneer – It is rich in protein which helps in muscle building and repair and growth of body tissues.
- 100g Diabexy Sugar - Diabexy sugar contains fructooligosaccharide (EGL ZERO), is a type of Fiber that is sweet, and being a Fiber, it does not get absorbed in the intestine, Instead, it gets flushed out without affecting one’s blood sugar.
- 5ml Rosewater - Rosewater enhances the flavor and aroma of the dish.
- 5g Cardamom powder - Cardamom, known as the "queen of spices". It enhances the flavor and aroma of the dish.
- 56ml Water – Use plain mineral water.
How To Make Chena Murki: Step-by-Step Guide with Pictures
 Prepare the Sugar Syrup:
- Take 100g of Diabexy Sugar and place it in a heated pan.
- Add 56ml of water to the pan.
- Combine both ingredients until they form a syrup-like texture.
Cook the Paneer:
- Once the sugar syrup is ready, add 200g of diced paneer into the pan.
- Allow the mixture to come to a boil, ensuring the paneer is immersed in the syrup.
- Add cardamom powder according to taste.
Finish the Dish:
- Cook the paneer in the syrup until it turns golden brown, stirring gently as needed.
- Once the paneer is cooked, add 1 tsp of rose water for fragrance and flavor.
- Mix well to incorporate the rose water into the mixture.
