Ingredients For Crispy Pista Cookies
To make pista cookies we need the following ingredients:
- 1 Cup Diabexy Atta (100 gm).
- 1 tbsp Diabexy Sugar.Â
- ¼ tsp Salt.
- Chopped pista.
- 100 gm Butter.

Pistachio Biscotti (Diabetic) Recipe
To make sugar-free pistachio cookies follow the guidelines carefully.
- Take a cup of Diabexy atta (100gm) in a bowl and add 1 tbsp Diabexy sugar to it.

- Now add ¼ tsp Salt.
Â
- After adding all these ingredients, mix them properly.Â
- Now again add 2 tbsp Diabexy Sugar and mix well.
- Now take 100 gm cold butter and whip it properly.
- After whipping the butter add your atta mixture in the whipped cold butter and mix them properly.
- Now make the cookie pattern as per your desire or you can also follow the same pattern.
- Now add chopped pista on the top.

Now bake them in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes. If you don’t have the oven then cook the pista biscuits at low flame for at least four hours.Â
